低碳经济
1月12日,济南市低碳经济战略规划研究项目正式启动。该项目旨在通过对包括济南在内的中国四个城市低碳发展模式的研究,为不同经济条件下发展有中国特色的低碳道路提供参考和支持,同时也为济南的低碳经济发展提供方案。项目组将首先从工业、制造业入手研究济南市低碳经济发展的具体规划。
On January 12, the research project of the strategic planning of a low-carbon economy for Jinan was launched. The aims of the project are to providesupport for developing the low-carbon way according to the characteristics of China in different economic situations and provide a program for the development of Jinan’s low-carbon economy by researching the mode of low-carbon development in four cities of China including Jinan.
回迁新房 夜放彩光
济南市首批棚改项目中的馆驿街南区、聚贤片区、顺河片区、茂新街片区的回迁高层住宅楼全部亮灯,安装在高楼外墙的数万盏霓虹灯、LED彩灯将回迁新房装点得绚丽多彩。在五彩灯光的映衬下,老城新住宅区更显迷人。
On the evening of November 25, the lights of the high-rise re-housing residential buildings of the first shantytown reconstruction project of the south area of Guanyi Street, Juxian area, Shunhe area, and Maoxin Street area were all alight. The tens of thousands of neon lights and LED colored lights installed on the outside wall of the building decorated the new residential areas in the old part of the city.
阳光旅途
1月13日,一支训练有素的“阳光春运服务队”亮相山东交运济南长途汽车总站,引来众多旅客关注的目光。据了解,这支“阳光春运服务队”专门为老、弱、病、残等特殊旅客群体,以及其他旅客遇到各种紧急问题时提供专项服务。
On January 13, a well-trained “Sunshine Spring Festival Transportation Service Team” made its debut in Jinan Long-distance Bus Station, attracting the attention of many customers. This “Sunshine Spring Festival Transportation Service Team” specifically serves the old, weak, sick, disabled and other special passenger groups, as well as other travelers who have the variety of urgent issues.

日環食
1月15日,一场日环食天文奇观在泉城上空上演。这是近22年以来首次在中国发生的日环食,也是全球未来1000年内发生的日环食中环食持续时间最长的一次。山东是中国能够看到此次全部日环食的少数几个省份之一,济南日环食甚至持续两分多钟。市民抓住这一观赏天文奇观的机会,不顾凛冽寒风走到户外,有幸观赏到了日环食“带食日落”的奇观。
On January 15, the wonderful sight of an annular eclipse appeared in the air of Jinan. In the past 22 years, this was the first annular eclipse visible in China. It will also be the annular eclipse which lasts the longest time in the next 1,000 years in the whole world. The greatest magnitude of eclipse continued for more than two minutes in Jinan.
汉画像石
1月7日,考古人员在济南彭家庄北侧小清河旁发现一处东汉后期的汉画像石墓。墓门朝南,前室内摆放着一个石台,是用来祭祀的。在后室和东耳室内摆放有陶罐、钱币等陪葬物,但都已损坏。墓葬内还发掘出11块汉画像石,其中有的刻有羊头等图案,有的刻有垂帘纹、方格纹以及云纹等。该处墓葬遗址内有保护价值的物品都已被清理出来,送至考古研究所保护。
On January 7, archaeologists uncovered a stone tomb of the late Eastern Han Dynasty near Xiaoqing River. The gate of the tomb faces south and there is a ritual stone table displayed here. In the back room and the eastern room, there are some broken pottery and coins. 11 portraitures of the Han Dynasty were also found in the tomb. Some of them are engraved with the pattern of a sheep’s head, the vertical blind pattern and the moiré pattern.
小学电视台
1月7日,济南市经五路小学校园电视台正式成立并成功试播了第一期节目,这是济南市首个小学电视台。34名主持人和记者都是从该校小学生中选拔而出的,“科技gogogo”、“经五说吧”、“经五大冲关”、“闻所未闻”4个栏目成为首批在电视台试播的栏目,囊括了新闻、科教、娱乐、评论等内容。节目的制作、播出也均由小学生完成。
On January 7, the TV Station of Jinan Jingwu Road Primary School was formally established and successfully broadcast its first program. This is the first TV station in a primary school. 34 TV hosts and reporters were all selected from the pupils of this school. The first four TV programs include the contents of news, science and education, entertainment, and comments.
云雾润蒸
进入1月,济南市气温明显下降,趵突泉、黑虎泉、五龙潭等多处名泉出现“云雾润蒸”的景致,看上去十分美丽壮观,令前来赏泉的游客大饱眼福。“云雾润蒸”景观的形成是由于涌出的泉水温度大大高于气温,泉水遇冷凝结成小冰晶所致。
Starting in January, influenced by cold air reaching Jinan recently, the relatively high temperature of the spring produced a beautiful scene of steamy vapours as the steam rose against cold air. The scenery is very beautiful and has attracted many visitors.
