在教育部发布的《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(征求意见稿)》中,提出分类考试、综合评价、多元录取招生制度,部分科目一年多次考试;中职招生采取自主招生或注册入学,高职招生入学考试下放到省,探索实行高水平大学联考,建立健全有利于专门人才、创新人才选拔的多元录取机制。”
In the National Medium-long Term Education Reform and Development Planning Outline (Exposure Draft) issued by the Ministry of Education, the system of classified test, comprehensive evaluation and multi-element recruitment are put forward. Some subjects should have several tests in one year. Vocational high schools should adopt autonomous recruitment or registered enrollment. The admission test for higher vocational school should be transferred to provinces. It is necessary to explore the performance of the high-level joint college entrance exam and to establish a multi-element enrollment mechanism which is beneficial in selecting special talents and innovative ones.

3月1日起,北京市实行酒后驾车违法行为与交强险费率浮动挂钩:每发生一次醉酒后驾驶违法行为的,被驾驶机动车次年交强险费率上浮30%,而酒后驾驶将导致交强险费率上浮15%;累计费率上浮不超过60%。酒后驾驶违法行为记录一年一清零,不以年度累计计算。
