醉在沂蒙山色里

秋日登高，会遇见不一样的龟蒙和云蒙。

龟蒙和云蒙二景区，位于临沂市西北部，为国家 5A 级旅游景区、国家森林公园。龟蒙是中国首座生态名山，以「天然氧吧、养生长寿」闻名。云蒙东西雄列、绵延百余里，森林植被覆盖率达 98% 以上，被誉为「超洁净地区」。

沿龟蒙景区山路上行，秋色自山底绵延至山顶，一幅缤纷的画卷闯入眼帘。百余种植被在秋风的吹拂下，或金黄，或殷红，或黛青，即使是人间最好的油画师也绘不出这大自然天造地设、鬼斧神工的绝色美景。

1200 多年前，李白、杜甫曾携手登临蒙山主峰——龟蒙顶，留下「余亦东蒙客，怜君如弟兄。醉眠秋共被，携手日同行」的千古佳句。历经千年沧海桑田的龟蒙，仿佛是在履行诗仙、诗圣的约定一样，一到秋天，便展现出她那别致唯美的姿态。

龟蒙景区是沂蒙山旅游区主峰所在地，主峰龟蒙顶海拔 1156 米，为山东省第二、沂蒙山区最高峰。区内植被茂密，负氧离子含量极高，被誉为「天然氧仓」。这里拥有世界最大山体雕刻蒙山寿仙、江北最长栈道蒙山悬崖栈道、临沂标志性旅游景点鹰窝峰、江北最大道观万寿宫、海拔千米的蒙山玻璃桥等百余处自然和人文景观。佳山、秀水、幽林、清气，得天独厚的自然条件，孕育了着名的养身长寿圣地和休闲度假胜地。

这里还是东夷文化的中心发源地之一，太昊氏后裔颛臾王建立颛臾古国，专门祭祀蒙山。蒙山的秀美风光和灿烂文明曾吸引无数圣哲贤士、文人墨客、帝王将相流连忘返。孔子登龟蒙而慨叹「登东山而小鲁」；李白、杜甫游历此地，吟留千古佳句；康熙、干隆大帝巡游至此，叹为观止，御笔题词……龟蒙景区同时拥有悠久的佛道宗教文化，尤其以道教养生长寿文化为特色。

秋天的云蒙，亦是层林尽染，醉人心脾。

云蒙景区雨王庙，银杏林逐渐由青黄变为金黄，有风吹过时，便会簌簌作响，叶子散落一地。偶有游客踏着满地金黄的叶子，静静地伫立，感受秋日的宁静祥和。

这里集森林、山岳、瀑布等众多景观于一体，「七十二峰」「三十六洞天」等奇观至今保持着原始的自然风貌。云蒙景区打造了森林冲锋车、森林索道、森林漂流、森林观光车、非常挑战游乐场、蒙山会馆、蒙山天池、金刚门文化广场八大精品项目及旅游服务设施，被誉为绿色健身避暑旅游胜地。

奇峰耸立，层峦叠翠，浩博深邃，气势雄浑，云蒙景区以巍峨隽秀的山岳景观和原始森林风貌为世人称颂。当地民间至今流传着关于吕洞宾、汉钟离点化蒙山民女何仙姑的故事，栖凤山和邵家寨上也分别有聚仙阁和登仙台等名胜古迹遗存。

若至秋日，莫辜负！当选一处坐看秋色，在时光的卷轴里，醉入山深秋浓处。

Lost in Yimeng Landscape

The Guimeng Mountain is China’s first ecologically renowned mountain， famous for its reputation as a “natural oxygen bar， with health preservation and longevity”. The Yunmeng Mountain， with a forest coverage rate of above 98%， is reputed to be an “Ultraclean Area”.

The Guimeng Scenic Spot is where the main peak of the Yimeng Mountain Tourist Area is situated. The main peak Guimeng， with an elevation of 1，156 meters， is Shandong’s second highest and Yimeng’s highest peak. There are more than 100 natural and cultural landscapes， e.g. the world’s largest mountain sculpture—“Mengshan Shouxian” （Deity of Longevity on Mount Meng）， the longest plank road—Mengshan Cliff Plank Road （to the north of the Yangtze River）， the iconic tourist attraction for external publicity of Linyi—Yingwo Peak， the largest Taoist temple—Longevity Palace （to the north of the Yangtze River）， and the Mengshan Glass Skywalk with an elevation of over 1，000 meters.

Ascending Guimeng， Confucius sighed， “Seen from the top of the eastern hill， Lu appeared small；” Li Bai and Du Fu left immortal verses； Emperors Kangxi and Qianlong were lost in wonder， and wrote inscriptions... Guimeng has long-standing Buddhist and Taoist cultures， and is particularly characterized by the Taoist culture of health preservation and longevity.

The Yunmeng Scenic Spot integrates numerous sights concerning forests， mountains and waterfalls， and such wonders as “72 Peaks” and“36 Caves” there still retain their primeval natural style and features. With eight quality projects， including the Forest Roller Coaster， the Forest Cableway， the Forest Drifting， the Forest Sightseeing Vehicles， the Challenging Playground， the Mengshan Hall， the Mengshan Tianchi（reservoir） and the Jingangshan Culture Square， and corresponding tourist service facilities， the scenic spot is known as the “Best Summer Resort for Green Fitness in China”.

The Yunmeng Scenic Spot is extolled for its towering and beautiful mountain landscape and primeval forest style. There is a story about Lyu Dongbin and Han Zhongli enlightening He Xiangu， who was an ordinary girl from Mengshan. Besides， there is Juxian Pavilion， Dengxian Terrace and other places of historic interest in the Qifeng Mountain and Shaojiazhai respectively.
