1月31日,2009“影响济南”年度经济人物揭晓,山钢集团副董事长、济钢集团有限公司董事长王军,中国重汽集团总经理蔡东,济南裕兴化工有限责任公司总经理高志伟等10名经济界精英获此殊荣。“影响济南”年度经济人物评选活动,旨在从人物的视角盘点2009年济南市经济发展的轨迹。
On January 31, the annual economic figures of “2009 Influencing Jinan” were announced. Ten elites in economic circle were awarded this laurel, including Wang Jun, vice president of Shangang Group and president of the Jigang Group Co., Ltd., Cai Dong, general manager of Sinotruk Group, etc..

槐荫区投资60万元整合12345市民热线、12319服务热线和政务热线等资源,成立区城市服务管理办公室,专门听取、分解、答复和办理群众反映的困难和问题,打造为民服务新平台。
In order to guarantee the information flowing freely and build up a new platform for serving people, the Huanyin district invested 600,000 yuan to integrate the resources such as the 12345 citizen hotline, 12319 service hotline and administration hotline as well as to establish the Office of City Service and Management at District Level for the purpose of specially listening to, interpret, reply and deal with the difficulties and problems reflected by common people.

中国城市竞争力研究会“第八届(2009)中国城市竞争力排行榜”发布会在香港举行。济南入选该榜单第七位。中国城市竞争力研究会由两岸四地和国外有志于中国城市研究发展、提升城市竞争力的专家、学者组成。该榜单是中国城市竞争力研究会一年一度的重大研究成果,评估指标体系涵盖经济、社会、环境、文化四大系统。
On December 30, the press conference for the 8th China’s City Competitiveness Ranking List of the China Institute of City Competitiveness was held in Hong Kong. Jinan ranked the seventh in the list. The China Institute of City Competitiveness is constituted by experts and scholars from four places in Taiwan and the mainland as well as abroad who are concerned about the research and development of Chinese cities and to promote city competitiveness.

冰瀑美景
由于南部山区夜间温度较低,从山上流下来的山泉水遇冷结成了厚厚的冰层,济南市水帘峡景区出现了壮观的冰瀑美景。晶莹的冰帘以及千姿百态的冰幔、冰挂交相辉映,在阳光的照射下蔚为壮观,令人赞叹不已。
Due to the low temperature at night in the Southern Mountain Area in Jinan, the spring water flowing downward the mountain is frozen into thick ice layer. As a result, a spectacular ice cascade appears in the Water Curtain Gorge scenic spot in Jinan. Crystal ice curtains and variously shaped ice-mantles, glazed frost mirror each other’s beauty, forming a resplendent and glaring crystal world in sunshine, which amaze visitors.

春节期间,九顶塔“欢乐中华年”在一片祝贺声中热闹登场,傣族、佤族、苗族、彝族等22个原生态村寨张灯结彩共同欢度欢乐中华年,集中展示少数民族和齐鲁民俗,进行了不同地域民俗、服饰、饮食、手工艺及原生态歌舞展演。并且九顶塔中华民族欢乐园还在大年三十为游客免费提供长街宴。
During the Spring Festival, the Happy Chinese New Year program was lively showed in Jiuding Tower in warm congratulations. 22 original minority villages such as Dai, Wa, Miao and Yi, etc jointly spent this festival in great joy, with lanterns and streamers decorated. The folk custom, costumes, food, handicraft, song and dance performances of minorities and Qilu folk customs in different regions were showed at the same time. And free dinner was offered at New Year’s Eve by Chinese Joyful Land in Jiuding Tower.
实名制火车票
1月10日,济南铁路局开始发售实名制异地票。根据铁道部要求,1月30日至3月10日,全国有37个车站试行火车票实名制,济南铁路局管内各站可发售有始发列车的试点车站的实名制异地票。春运期间,旅客购买试行实名制车站的返程票必须凭身份证、军官证等20种有效身份证件。
On January 10, Jinan Railway Bureau started to sell real name off-site tickets. According to the requirement of the Ministry of Railways, from January 30 to March 10, 37 railway stations nationwide should try out the policy of real name train tickets. During the spring festival transport, passengers who buy the real name return tickets of tentative stations should show their valid identity cards in which 20 cards are listed such as the Identification Card, military ID, etc.
绿色泉城
2009年济南市绿化覆盖率、绿地率、人均公共绿地面积分别达36.4%、32.6%和10平方米。今年,济南园林系统将大力开展公共绿地、区级公园、山体公园、河道防护林建设,加强街头游园和社区公园建设,争取2010年绿化覆盖率、绿地率、人均公共绿地面积达到37%。同时大力营造文化氛围,提升经营品位,重点抓好11个景区周边环境整治项目。
In 2009, Jinan’s green coverage ratio, greening space ratio, and the public green space area per capital has reached 36.4%, 32.6% and 10m2 respectively. In 2010, Jinan garden and wood institutions will make great efforts to develop public green area, district-level parks, hill parks and riverway protection forest and to improve the construction of the street gardens and community gardens. At the same time, cultural atmosphere and street shops will be improved, and attention should be laid on the renovation project of the surrounding environment of the 11 scenic spots.
