镜观潍坊十年 以科技创新支撑引领高质量发展

镜头，如同一把时间标尺，刻录着潍坊这个城市 10 年非凡成就背后的艰辛与辉煌。回望过去十年，社会日新月异、科技高速发展、农业生机勃勃……时间是奋斗的见证者，跟随摄影师的镜头，一场关于「潍坊」的回忆之旅正徐徐展开。

百年变局下，科技创新是「关键变量」，也是高质量发展的「最大增量」。十年来，潍坊以科技创新支撑引领高质量发展，从光刻胶圆了国产梦，到大功率激光器的产销量持续稳居国内第一，科技实力伴随着经济发展同步壮大，澎湃起城市的上行动力，潍坊这座科技创新名城，正走向世界舞台，向着科技强市的宏伟目标阔步前进。

一名海归博士与光刻胶的国产梦

光刻胶，是半导体芯片制造工业的核心材料，而芯片又是国防、航天、信息等领域的关键技术。为了打破国外对高端光刻胶的垄断，2010 年，先后获得加拿大戴尔豪斯大学博士、美国密苏里大学博士后的孙逊运，回到山东潍坊高新区创立了潍坊星泰克微电子材料有限公司，致力于光刻胶的研发和生产。

光刻胶的实验和生产要求极为严格，生产操作间净化标准要求高，为了避免感光，还要在黄色光源下进行。靠着严格的外在标准、细腻的思维和耐得住寂寞的潜心研究，孙逊运博士和他的创业团队，已申请注册多项专利技术。2013 年 6 月，拥有自主知识产权的光刻胶进入量产阶段，首批投产的 30 加仑光刻胶投放市场，用于 LED 芯片的加工。这标志着 5 万片 LED 芯片内有了中国「芯」。

激光器研发生产的崛起

2012 年 9 月至 11 月，山东浪潮华光光电子股份有限公司研发生产的 200 毫瓦以上中、大功率激光器产销量连续三月突破 100 万只。据了解，该公司是拥有自主知识产权、拥有从激光器材料生产到器件制作完整生产线的高新技术企业，生产的激光器广泛应用于激光显示等产业中。2012 年来，该企业中、大功率激光器的产销量持续稳居国内前列。
