实施工业强市发展战略 为城市发展注入强劲动力

当下的济南，正大张旗鼓地树起工业强市的大旗，把加快建设工业强市作为当务之急，誓言重振工业雄风，再创制造业强市辉煌。

2020 年 7 月 9 日，济南加快建设工业强市动员大会召开，聚焦打造「智造济南」，深入实施工业强市发展战略，推动先进制造业和数字经济高质量发展，制定出台「工业强市 19 条」，吹响了加快「工业强市」建设的号角，为建设「大强美富通」现代化国际大都市提供强力支撑；11 月 19 日，中国重汽智能网联（新能源）重卡项目投产暨首台车辆下线活动在山东重工（济南莱芜）绿色智造产业城举行，新一代黄河重卡驶下总装车间生产线。也是在这一天，济南市再次就围绕加快建设工业强市召开推进大会，总结工业强市建设阶段性工作。一年之内两次召开重要会议，传递出济南加快推进工业强市战略的坚定决心和充足信心，释放出市委市政府让工业「压舱石」成为实体经济「硬核」，创造济南工业新辉煌的鲜明信号。

这一年，济南聚焦重点产业推行「链长制」，持续提升产业链供应链现代化水平，「工业强市」之势已起——全市独角兽企业达到 4 家，规模以上工业增加值增长 12.2%，高于全国 9.4 个百分点，高于全省 7.2 个百分点。行业生产总体向好，41 个工业大类行业中，23 个行业实现增长，增长面为 56.1%，合计总量占全市 71.1%，增长面与占比持续稳定扩张。重点支柱行业增势良好，汽车制造业增长 77.9%，医药制造业增长 31.3%，计算机通信制造业增长 20.3%，黑色金属延压加工业增长 8%。工业用电量累计增长 6.1%，居全省第 1 位。

济南，正以崭新的姿态，踏上崛起腾飞新征程。

On July 9， 2020， the “19 policies for making an industrially powerful city” was put forward at a mobilization meeting， marking the start of the campaign. On November 19， a promotion meeting was held to sum up the current construction. The two important meetings signaled strong determination and firm confidence of Jinan to boost the construction of an industrially powerful city and embark on a daring new journey of progress. With the modernization level of industrial chain and supply chain of key industries upgraded， an industrially powerful city is emerging.
